Cancellation Policy
A valid card is required to book. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to submit a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.
